2018 Faith Promise Tour Conditions

TLC Holyland Tours Tour Conditions 3.15.17 ed.
PRICE is as advertised, based on double occupancy. Flights are economy class.

Balance is due in full 95 days before departure.

REGISTRATION AND DEPOSIT of $500 are due simultaneously; $175 per passenger is non-refundable for any reason. No space is “held” without both. Only the deposit is payable online via credit card. Registrations received inside of ninety-five (95) days of departure (see inside brochure) are late and full payment is due at the time of registration. A $150 late fee per passenger is also due.

BALANCE is due in full 95 days before departure (see brochure) payable only by check or check form. Final payments received inside of this deadline will be assessed a $50 per passenger late payment fee. All reservations not fully paid by the deadline are subject to cancellation for which TLC Holyland Tours is not responsible.

PAYMENT by an individual or for an individual affirms your agreement to these terms and conditions. Payment must be by check, cash, or check form.

PASSPORT must be valid for a minimum of six months after your date of return from Israel, as required by Israel. (For US citizens, no visa is required by Israel.) A clear scan of your passport must be sent to TLC Holyland Tours by the time the final balance is due.

PROOF OF MEDICAL INSURANCE is required along with the passport scan. A scanned image of the front and back of your health insurance card is preferred.

TRANSPORTATION is by modern air-conditioned motor coach and by jet, economy class seating. Tickets are completed 30 days prior to departure and cannot be changed once issued. Upgrades and associated cost are the sole responsibility of the passenger after ticketing

DEVIATIONS/STOPOVERS, or any individual change in the return date that is a deviation from the basic group itinerary will NOT be allowed.

HOTEL costs are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private bath. Single rooms are subject to availability for an additional cost. If a passenger cannot supply a roommate and TLC Holyland Tours, LLC is unable to do so, or your roommate cancels before departure, the passenger will have to pay the supplemental charge.

(Passenger may be billed after the final payment date for single room accommodations as necessary.)

MEALS are on half board (HB); two meals daily – breakfast and dinner at hotel with full Israeli buffet – unless otherwise noted in tour brochure. The tour host, with an extra charge, may arrange lunch meals in advance otherwise lunch cost is the responsibility of each passenger.

SIGHTSEEING is with local transportation by deluxe air-conditioned motor coach. The services of an English-speaking guide, and entrance fees to all sites visited as described in the itinerary, are included in the tour price. The actual daily itinerary is subject to adjustment at the discretion of the tour operator or their representative on the ground in Israel.

NOTE: Each passenger should be physically able to walk, get on and off the bus, go up and down stairs, walk on uneven terrain, and generally get around without assistance. Any passenger unable to do so must bring someone to assist them at their own expense.

NOT INCLUDED: Passport costs, food and beverages (including coffee and tea) not usually included with regular meals, optional tours and excursions not mentioned in this itinerary, accident and baggage insurance, transporting and handling excess luggage, and trip tips. In the event it becomes necessary to overnight material due to late receipt of registration or final payments, the traveler will be billed for these charges. Any quotes of airport taxes and/or fuel surcharges are only based on good faith estimates. Actual airport taxes and/or fuel surcharges are estimated; any increase before ticketing will be billed to each passenger as TLC Holyland Tours is billed by the taxing entity.

GROUP TRAVEL: AIR MILES CANNOT BE USED.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS, if not specifically included in the tour package are the responsibility of the participant, to and from the international departure airport. Understand that international flight times can change. The international flight details will be sent in the welcome packet once a registration and deposit are processed. If domestic travel is booked more than 60 days in advance of departure date you are encouraged to purchase a flexible ticket which allows for no charge or minimal charge for flight changes. You will need to arrive at the airport 31⁄2 – 4 hours before international departure time. TLC Holyland Tours is not responsible for changes to the flight schedule.

Any passenger, including host(s) personally reserving flight(s) to connect to the group at any point in the journey, is required by TLC Holyland Tours to use the airline being used by that group. TLC Holyland Tours will not be available to assist, in any way, with personal reservations or travel difficulties resulting from said reservation. If using the airline used for that group, the airline will be willing to assist the passenger if difficulties with scheduling arise.

INSURANCE: Acting only as agents for suppliers, TLC Holyland Tours, LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of luggage and/or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident and/or illness. For your own protection, it is important that you have adequate insurance to cover these possibilities. You should carry proof of insurance in the event you need medical attention while in Israel. View additional information and application forms for all types of coverage on www.tlcholylandtours.com. Various policies are available to the consumer, and it is the responsibility of the traveler to choose to be insured. TLC is not responsible if you cancel your trip and choose not to use the insurance purchased. No refund will come from TLC Holyland Tours concerning any purchased insurance.

TOUR OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY – TLC Holyland Tours, LLC (Tour Operator) agrees to arrange for the tour described in the brochure. This represents the entire agreement between the passenger and his agent, the Tour Host, the Tour Operator and its agents. Except as stated herein, no person is authorized to cancel, modify, or vary the tour arrangements or to make any representation of warranty concerning the tour. Except for the willful negligence of its direct employees, the Tour Operator assumes no liability or responsibility for any injuries, damages occasioned by circumstances beyond the control of Tour Operator, or by any person for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to default or omission of and by any third party providing services or facilities related to or included in this tour or any part thereof, or in arranging for the same, or the acts or omissions of the Tour Host. Due to circumstances beyond the Tour Operator’s control, the sequence of touring sites may occasionally need to be altered. The airlines or cruise lines are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board planes, ships or conveyances. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines and cruise lines, and the passenger or purchaser of this tour and/or passage and Tour Operator assume no liability or responsibility in connection therewith. Also, the Tour Operator WILL NOT BE responsible for; (a) flight schedule changes, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather, acts of God, acts of war or aggression, whether declared or undeclared, hijackings, or other circumstances beyond its control, including any connecting flights that may be missed as a result thereof (participants should consider the possibility of delays when arranging connecting flights), (b) the failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling, and, (c) charges incurred relating to single room/stateroom requirements either by the passengers themselves or their assigned roommates. Payment of the deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation constitutes consent to all provisions listed in this brochure.
